While we work with trusted professionals, we are not liable for issues caused directly by these vendors.
Elegant Events Management is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury occurring at the event venue beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring venue compliance with safety and legal regulations.
All content, images, designs, and materials created by Elegant Events Management remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use images and materials for personal purposes but may not reproduce or distribute commercially without permission.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Contact details, event information, and payment data are stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing our services.
